In Last Man Standing, Allen’s character, Mike Baxter, is a marketing director also for an outdoor sporting goods store who uses the Outdoor Man vlog to share his humorous opinions on various topics. The Upventur #WhatsYourUpventur #LastManGiveaways offers participants the chance to win up to $10,000 in epic outdoor adventure packages. The contest involves a two-week social engagement campaign designed to energize, entertain, and award fans of the show leading up to the premiere.
The contest requires participants to answer one simple question – what’s your Upventur? An Upventur embodies a participant’s personal outdoor adventure story. Participants are asked to respond briefly with photos or video clips. Early submissions include funny and meaningful footage of rock climbing, hiking, fishing and biking. Contest entry requires hash-tagging #WhatsYourUpventur and #LastManGiveaways as well as following @MyUpventur for chance to win two $5,000 Epic Outdoor Packages. The contest runs between September 14th to the September 28th.
