Forgot already, huh? No worries, we got you. Click the forgot password link on the login dialog to reset your password.
How do I create an account?
We are excited to have you onboard! To create an account go to the ‘Sign in/Sign Up’ button located on the header of the website. Select the ‘Sign up option’ and fill in your details. You’re all set!
How do I change my email notifications?
Simply forward your request to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get it sorted right away!
How do I change my password?
Once you are logged in, simply go to the ‘My Account’ section of your website. Select ‘Edit Profile’ and you’ll be able to edit your password there.
I forgot my username, can you help me?
Your username is the same as your email address.
At times, we are not able to sign you up through Facebook authentication when your Facebook profile is incomplete. If you have any of these issues with your Facebook account, you will need to finalize your details with Facebook.

I have more than 3 interests but only 3 show up on my account?
Not to worry, they didn't go away! All your interests are listed on your profile. We have limit 3 to showcase your top 3 interests. All other interests reside on your profile under the 'My Interests' section. For issues or suggestions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where can I find the location, date, time of my trip?
Can’t find it? Don’t worry all information can be found on your confirmation email.
How do I modify or cancel my trip?
Did something come up? We understand. Please refer to the confirmation email and follow the instructions listed in that email. Please note that you may be charged for your change or cancellation in accordance with the Guide’s cancellation and no-show policy and that certain rates are not eligible for cancellation or change.
My guide canceled my trip, what should I do?/
We are sorry to hear that! In certain circumstances, including unsafe weather conditions, Guides may cancel reservations or terminate Services. Upventur.com does not guarantee services will occur as described in listings.
